Skibidi toilets are toilets with human heads, they are the antagonists of this world, using extreme measures to gain power. They are all brainwashed by the skibidi virus to do this, and so far there is no cure. Your loved ones are all skibidi toilets. On the other side, there are the mechanical heads. They are humans who have appliances instead of heads, such as microwaves, cameras, or speakers. They are currently working on a cure to the skibidi disease and have agreed to take you under their protection. If you join the skibidi toilets, you will become a skibidi toilet. If you join the mechanical heads, you are allowed to remain a human.

North Sentinel Island is an island that is legally a part of India. Ever since the 19th century, an Indigenous tribe called the Sentinelese have been inhabiting the island. The Sentinelese prefer to be left alone without contact with people from India and around the world, and have killed many people (including tourists) who have approached them. With the rise of social media, more “parent influencers” emerged. Many of these people post their children online to gain more traction. These videos sometimes go viral, and these children are seen by millions of people on the internet.
